Website software uses AGPL-3.0-or-later. Archive integrity tools retain
GPL-3.0-or-later. Authored documentation uses CC-BY-SA-4.0.
Official identity artwork and palette data remain separately scoped under
the VINASIG Brand Usage Policy. See LICENSES.md and BRAND_POLICY.md.

Shared interface styles and preferences were copied from
VINASIG/web-design-system revision 06528b4b5dde7848998025b065fd1490bb541e69.
They retain AGPL-3.0-or-later. Sun and Moon SVG paths come from Lucide
1.50.0 and retain the included Lucide.txt notice. Space Grotesk retains
its original OFL.txt alongside the redistributed font.

The complete preferred source, build scripts and lockfile are public at
https://github.com/VINASIG/vinasig-brand-assets.
The site's Source code link and build-record.json identify the actual
deployed source revision. A modified deployment must provide its own
corresponding source under the applicable software terms.
